Presbyterian Hemby Children's Hospital and Lite 102.9 are proud to offer your family the Healthy Choices, Healthy Kids campaign.  Every week, we provide a Health Tip of the Week to help you and your kids stay healthy.  Small choices over a long period of time can make a big difference, and we want to help you with those choices.  We will also provide incentives for filling out a Good Choice Chart.  Healthy Choice Club Members are the first to know about these special incentives.  Download a Good Choice Chart.

HEALTHY CHOICES CLUB:
Become a member of our Healthy Choices Club.  By being a member, you will be the first to know where to take your completed Good Choice Chart to be rewarded for the good choices your family has made.  And, we'll notify you on occasion of a local community event in which we think you would be interested.  There is no cost to be a member.  Join up now!

HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK:
Break out the low fat dips and dressings.
Jazz up the flavors!  Using a little bit of healthy fat and adding flavor can stimulate your taste buds.  Fat can decrease the bitterness in some vegetables.  So, add a pinch of this a dash of that and enjoy some veggies.
