6th Annual Rockin’ Kids First Concert
Date: Saturday, December 2, 2017
Time: 4pm – 11pm
Location: The Rabbit Hole in Plaza Midwood (1801 Commonwealth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205)
Come out to the Annual Music event and silent auction from Rock University. All proceeds benefit Kids First of the Carolinas.
Enjoy a full day of live music with eight bands highlighting a wide range of musical genres.
- Rock U Roadshow Band – band made up of Rock U students (all under age of 18). Classic and Modern Rock Cover band
- 80s Tribute Band
- Pearl Jam Tribute Band
- 2 Americana and Blue Bands – original and covers
- Modern Rock and Metal(ish) bands - start after 9 pm
Silent Auction
Dozens of rare rock and roll memorabilia. Featuring a guitar signed by the late Tom Petty. Also a guitar signed by all the bands at Carolina Rebellion.
Rock n’ Roll Flea Market
Rock n’ Roll memorabilia for sale, like vintage concert tees, posters, photographs and more.
Raffle
Raffle tickets sold throughout the duration of the event which includes local goods and services from various sponsors
Toy Donation
We will be collecting new, unwrapped toys to help fill our Gift Mobile from Kids First of the Carolinas
